At TriplyCards.com, your satisfaction matters. Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately can’t offer a full refund or exchange.

For physical items (like printed postcards), returns are accepted if the item is unused, in its original condition, and packaged as received.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of digital and customized products, the following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Personalized digital postcards or VIP cards
  • Downloadable items
  • Gift cards

We do not accept returns for intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable substances.

Proof of Purchase

All returns must be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return items directly to the printer or manufacturer.


Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted (if applicable) for:

  • Items with visible signs of use
  • Products not in original condition or damaged due to non-TriplyCards error
  • Returns requested after the 30-day window

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original method of payment within a few business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company — processing may take time.
  3. Reach out to your bank.

If none of the above resolves it, please contact us.


Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, please contact us.


Gifts

If marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit. Once we receive the return, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If not marked as a gift, or sent to the gift giver, a refund will go to the original buyer.


Return Shipping

To return a physical product, please contact us.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, return shipping will be deducted from it.

For high-value items, we recommend a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance — we can’t guarantee receipt of your return.
